This 7-day challenge is designed to help you prioritize movement and show up for yourself, regardless of what each day brings. 

Our comprehensive MoveMeant Method is in-depth, and fully understanding it requires specific training. However, this 7-day challenge is a great starting point—a wonderful way to engage your body and teach it foundational skills that allow for more movement freedom. 

Imagine how frustrating it would be if you grasped all the theoretical knowledge but felt lost when asked to dance. 

We are all composed of various systems: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This challenge encourages you to connect with your body and equips you with valuable dance tools, enhancing your self-expression, boosting your confidence, and making the experience feel more fulfilling.

Each day, we will explore one of the seven MoveMeant layers through specific exercises. Challenge yourself to show up every day—no matter what obstacles you face—and watch how your body becomes more capable while your heart opens to new forms of expression.
